Adele Abrams

Adele is senior counsel with Littler Mendelson P.C., based in Washington DC, and she provides legal representation and compliance training nationwide in the following areas: OSHA and MSHA litigation, OHS training and consultation, cannabis and employment law. Our website is www.littler.com Adele is also an Associate Safety Professional,and Certified Mine Safety Professional, who is a nationally recognized author and speaker on occupational and mine safety and health issues. Ms. Abrams also provides safety training (OSHA/MSHA) and consultation services, including safety and health audits. In 2017, she received the National Safety Council’s Distinguished Service to Safety Award (DSSA). She is an Avetta Fellow. She is a member of the adjunct faculty of University of Colorado-Boulder, teaching legal courses in their Master's in Management program. She has co-authored several books on mining and safety, and writes regular articles for magazines including Aggregates Manager, Professional Safety, and Pallet Central.
