Adamont Georgeson

Mr. Georgeson has had a broad range of experience and accomplishments in his career. He obtained exceptional trial and court experience as a Deputy District Attorney in Monterey County, California, successfully prosecuting 62 out of 65 felony and misdemeanor jury trials and hundreds of court trials and motions, and was often the public spokesperson and guest lecturer for the District Attorney's Office. That experience served him well in civil practice as defense counsel for numerous syndicates of Underwriters at Lloyds of London and domestic liability insurance companies. In that position, he developed a special expertise in real estate matters, both transactional and litigation in California state and federal courts. Mr. Georgeson has served as general counsel for private and public corporations (OTC), providing services in business planning, private offerings, federal regulatory oversight, financing, and administration. His current practice involves representation of individuals and businesses in the greater San Francisco Bay area in fields of real estate, business planning, asset protection, estate planning, conservatorships, and civil litigation in all those areas of the law. He has served as a Judge Pro Tempore, Special Discovery Master, Settlement Conference Panelist and Mediator for the Marin County Superior Courts and has been a Director and Secretary of the Marin County Bar Association.
