About Adam Volkert
Adam has practiced in the Real Estate Section since graduating from Northwestern University School of Law in 1986 and has been a partner at Rutan & Tucker since 1995. His practice experience includes the full range of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing,negotiating purchase and sale agreements and representing borrowers and lenders in secured and unsecured financing transactions. Adam has extensive experience in leasing, including industrial, commercial and retail projects, representing both landlords and tenants.
