About Adam Soibelman
Mr. Soibelman serves as outside general counsel for small to large privately held companies conducting business locally and nationally. He handles his clients' litigation and transactional needs involving contracts, employment matters, real estate and business disputes. Mr. Soibelman's clients include physicians and their professional corporations, equipment lessors, real estate developers, general and subcontractors and product manufacturers.
