I also have experience on a wide range of general commercial litigation issues, and mergers & acquisition due diligence and integration. Licensed in Kansas, Missouri, and Washington, and respective federal courts. Previously recognized as Best of the Bar by the Kansas City Business Journal in 2014, 2015, & 2016 based on nominations from other members of the bar before moving to Seattle.
