Adam Haba

Adam Haba is a licensed attorney in the states of Florida and Michigan, as well as, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is the Founding Partner of The Haba Law Firm, P.A., a full-service firm serving 28 counties across Central and South Florida. Prior to founding The Haba Law Firm, Mr. Haba served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 2nd Judicial Circuit in Tallahassee, Florida, prosecuting misdemeanor, traffic, felony and juvenile offenses. As a prosecutor, Mr. Haba successfully tried numerous criminal jury trials. Following his time with the State, he dedicated his practice to residential and commercial foreclosure, loan modification counseling, and criminal defense. Mr. Haba also has experience as an insurance defense litigator, representing corporate clients in a wide range of premise liability, personal injury and negligence cases, and has worked with insurance carriers to investigate fraudulent claims and misrepresentation. During his collegiate years, Mr. Haba held several impressive internships. He served as a White House intern for the Office of Presidential Personnel. Following his time at the White House, he interned with the United States Senate, the Canadian House of Commons, and the Michigan Attorney General. He also worked for the Homicide Unit and Trials Division at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s office in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Haba is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the Knights of Columbus. He is also actively involved with the community as a Youth Soccer Coach in Seminole County and the Boy Scouts of America as a past Eagle Scout. When he is not in court fighting for his clients, Mr. Haba enjoys hiking, playing soccer, skydiving, and spending time with his family.
