Adam Fiss

I am an experienced labor and employment attorney, with a focus on litigation and labor relations for a wide variety of both private and public sector clients. I am a partner in Littler Mendelson’s San Jose office. Littler, with over 800 attorneys and 51 offices, is the largest law firm in the Country that exclusively represents employers in employment and labor law matters. I am passionate about helping my clients solve complex problems that arise in the workplace and pride myself on being able to reach practical and innovation solutions. My litigation practice has an emphasis on retaliation, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour, trade secrets, and workplace violence. I also counsel employers on a variety of issues arising under state and federal labor and employment laws, including disability and leave issues, discipline of employees, and addressing human resource policy matters.
