I represent individuals, entrepreneurs, businesses (small and large) and municipalities, in and out of court, on issues involving employment, business disputes, real estate and contract disputes, fiduciary duties and profit recovery. I also represent and counsel Ohio breweries and distilleries on brewery/distillery start up, regulatory compliance, risk avoidance/mitigation, litigation and trademark protection. I’ve proudly dedicated a portion of my practice to the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes and other medical professionals, as well as lawyers, in professional negligence cases. I’ve been selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Stars Edition, every year since 2010. I was named a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation in 2013. I currently volunteer my time on the Board of Trustees for Muse Machine, serve as the President of the University of Dayton School of Law Alumni Association and serve on the School of Law's Advisory Council. I also serve as a mentor for the Supreme Court of Ohio's Lawyer to Lawyer Mentoring Program. I previously served as a "Big Brother" for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Miami Valley and provide pro bono legal services through the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyers Project from time to time.
