Aashish Bhargava

With nearly two decades of dedicated experience in employment litigation, I specialize in advocating for employees and navigating complex legal challenges in the workplace. My background includes extensive work on cases involving discrimination, wrongful termination, workplace harassment, sexual harassment, sexual assault, rape, wage and hour disputes, class and PAGA actions in both state and federal courts throughout California. Additionally, I serve as in-house counsel for clients in a wide variety of industries including hospitality, leisure and fitness, transportation, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and temporary staffing. I am passionate about helping employees understand their legal options and providing them with the support they need during difficult times of litigation. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in negotiation, litigation strategy, and client advocacy, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for my clients.
