Scott proudly serves his clients in the North Central Florida area, striving to help solve and assist with their legal needs. Scott has extensive experience in handling matters relating to lifetime planning for his client’s financial and health needs, as well as assisting their family members with estate and trust settlement. Admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, Scott is also a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. As an active member of the Gainesville community, Scott sits on several non-profit boards including Elder Care of Alachua County. He also serves as a speaker for many community events and forums regarding estate planning, elder law, special needs and probate issues. Scott’s reputation has grown steadily over the past decade, primarily through referrals made to him by his existing clients and other professionals with whom he has worked.
