About Francisco Gutierrez
I have been representing seriously injured individuals, as well as family members in wrongful death cases, since 1984. In addition, I also represent individuals who have been treated unfairly by their insurance company in the context of insurance bad faith litigation. All cases are handled by me personally and not by young associates. I have tried numerous cases to verdict and have represented clients at the Arizona Court of Appeals and Arizona Supreme Court. Personalized service is of utmost importance. I was raised in Phoenix and am very active in community affairs, including my present position as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Latino Arts & Cultural Center, Inc. (ALAC) in downtown Phoenix. I am also active on the national level as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Hispanic Media Coalition (NHMC), and former board chair, based in Los Angeles, California.
