About John Osborne
I devote my law practice exclusively to plaintiffs' personal injury law. I am AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest possible peer-reviewed rating, indicating very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards. I am a legal specialist certified by the State Bar of Arizona in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation. Many of my cases involve claims against major manufacturers that result in confidential settlements. I have received confidential settlements with many major manufacturers including, but not limited to, Bridgestone/Firestone, Yokohama Tire Corporation, Ford Motor Company, and General Motors Corporation. I have directed hundreds of cases in federal multi-district litigation involving defective substances. For example, I personally directed the firm’s litigation against Showa Denko, Inc. arising from that company’s manufacture of a defective health food supplement, L-Tryptophan. I am a past president of both the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and the Tucson Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. I am currently on the board of the American Association for Justice and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group. I am admitted to practice before state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.In my spare time I am the Area Referee Director of Assessment for Section 12/A of the Area Youth Soccer Organization (“AYSO”). I am also an avid pilot and fluent in Spanish, and I devote my time as President of the Flying Samaritans Arizona Chapter, a charitable group that provides medical clinics for the under-served population in Mexico. I also serve the “Flying Sams” as a pilot and interpreter. I am married to Diana, who is an architect. We have two adult children and two grand-children.
