I apply my in-depth experience as a lawyer, business executive, BD consultant, entrepreneur and angel investor, to deliver optimal solutions for clients in diverse industries and businesses, including advanced technology, healthcare, chemicals, environmental, defense, consumer goods, precision manufacturing, and B2B/B2C sales and service. I work on corporate, finance, commercial, technology transfer, government contracting and SEC reporting transactions, together with all types of international and domestic agreements and sales and marketing activities. I'm well versed in regulatory compliance and ethics. WHAT IS YOUR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WHERE DO YOU PRACTICE LAW? I earned a JD and BA (Honors in Economics) from top universities. I'm licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut. Though not admitted to the Delaware Bar, I'm reasonably familiar with Delaware corporation, together with LLC law, and various Federal laws and regulations.
