About Susan Henner
Susan is the owner of Henner Law Group, PC in White Plains, New York- a full-service immigration law firm. She is also a mentor attorney for the Safe Passage Program at New York Law School and formerly served on the Board of the organization. Susan is the former co- chair of the Westchester County Bar Association’s Committee for Immigration Law. Susan has worked for several large New York City law firms. Her experience includes running the corporate immigration law department for a major New York City firm where she worked with clients to include Fortune 500 companies, large advertising agencies, wall street firms, manufacturing companies, law firms, computer companies, schools, hospitals, and smaller firms to help their employees to obtain visas, work permits, residency status and citizenship. She continues this work within her own law firm. Susan has also represented individuals with regard to family-based immigration cases, citizenship issues, in deportation proceedings, and she assists battered spouses to obtain residency. Assisting Special Immigration Juveniles to obtain immigration status is also one of the areas in which Susan practices, as well as Asylum and Cancellation of Removal.
