About Paul Nason
For more than 30 years, I have represented exclusively employers in labor and employment matters before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. My experience includes employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour (individual and collective actions), non-compete, and other compliance and litigation matters. I represent unionized employers in collective bargaining and labor arbitrations. I conduct workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, bullying and executive malfeasance. I also negotiate and prepare executive employment and separation agreements and address labor and employment matters arising from business transactions. I represent employers on workplace health and safety matters, including representation before OSHA and state workplace health and safety agencies.
