Recently, I have: • Restructured corporate ownership of a company to obtain more desirable financing--including revision of licensing agreements, corporate ownership, corporate financing, and many other matters. • Obtained a temporary restraining order for a client whose employee tried to steal our business. • Obtained a settlement totaling over $2 million in a federal overtime collective action lawsuit. • Litigated numerous contract and commercial matters. • Helped several struggling commercial clients renegotiate millions of dollars in loans to obtain much more favorable terms from the lender. • Negotiated the purchase of a $5.2 million auto accessories business. • Helped numerous clients do all legal work needed for franchising--draft and revise all documents and register franchises in all states. • Mediated disputes between individuals who were former business partners. • Helped clients with many more business issues.
