About Donivan Flowers
I graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 2004. As a law student, I worked for the University of Houston Consumer Law Center where I focused on educating the general public about protecting their rights as consumers and fought for those who had been taken advantage of. Since receiving my license to practice law in the Fall of 2004, I have spent my entire legal career advocating for the rights of injured people throughout the State of Texas. As a trial lawyer, I have fought for my clients and have tried numerous cases to verdict including cases involving serious personal injuries, wrongful insurance practices, and complex business disputes. I also have significant experience in construction litigation where I sought relief for victims of unscrupulous builders and substandard construction.In 2017, I received my mediation certification from the University of Houston Law Center. In 2019, I obtained my certification in Advanced Family Law mediation as well as specific training in mediating domestic violence matters. In 2020, I obtained certification specifically required by the State of Texas to allow me to mediate CPS related family matters. I am now a full-time mediator.
