I have spent my entire 20-year career working with small and mid-sized business owners in every aspect of their operations. I have extensive experience in managing a wide variety of corporate, contract, merger / acquisition, intellectual property, and real estate transactions. One of the distinguishing characteristics of my work for my clients is the breadth of my experience. I have successfully managed client projects ranging from very small to very large in a wide variety of practice areas: entity formation and business startups, intellectual property, technology transfers, commercial and residential real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions. This experience allows me to see the big picture when working with clients to manage their businesses.
