About Eamonn Wisneski
Eamonn S. Wisneski is responsible in an oversight capacity for all subrogation matters on WC Major Case files. He provides direction, strategy, and expertise on the subrogation aspects of Major Case WC files, and is directly accountable for hands-on claim management and outcome of the most complex WC subrogation cases. In addition, he provides direction, strategic thinking, analysis, and oversight to CRO Subrogation Specialists in the FieldAttorney Wisneski received the "New Leader in the Law" designation from the Connecticut Law Tribune in November 2013 due to both his legal experience and his work as a co-chair of the Connecticut Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Section Litigation Committee for several years. His is active in the Young Lawyers Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and has been consistently recognized for his work with the organization, including receipt of the “Star of the Year” award for the 2012-2013 bar year, the "Chair's Award" for the 2013-2014 bar year, and the "Public Service Award" for the 2014-2015 bar year. Attorney Wisneski was raised in Middletown, graduated from Middletown High, and currently resides in the Forest City with his wife and children.
