About Scott Frenkel
Product liability and medical malpractice attorney Scott B. Frenkel was born in Phoenix and raised in St. Louis. In 1989, he relocated to Dallas to work for two prominent law firms, before founding Frenkel & Frenkel with his brother, Mark, and colleague Gene Burkett. Initially, they represented an insurance company from Austin and a trucking company from Joplin, Missouri. Within six months, they decided to dedicate their careers to plaintiffs. Scott’s experience on the opposing side of personal injury cases provides valuable insight. His insight has benefited thousands of clients who have received life-changing settlements and verdicts to help them cope with injuries and loss. Scott is proud to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Ronald McDonald House, Make‐A‐Wish Foundation, Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer and Children’s Medical Center Foundation.
