I have also served as a turnaround consultant, outsourced, project and interim in-house counsel, and secretary to Boards of Directors. I have a unique talent for taking the pain out of compliance and delivering sound solutions to reduce G&A costs and streamline business processes to dramatically improve clients’ bottom line results.
