I help people and companies resolve conflicts powerfully, and, whenever possible, out of Court. I am an attorney and trained mediator. I mediate and litigate primarily in the areas of family law and employment law. I am also a mediator for the Arizona Association of Realtors. As an attorney, I offer legal advice and advocacy. As a neutral, I offer mediation, collaborative divorce services, facilitation, conflict resolution training and investigation services. I help companies avoid law suits through a number of means: (1) mediating disputes between employees, between employer and employee or between employer and vendor; (2) investigating complaints as a neutral, so companies can best address the issue before litigation occurs; (3) facilitating meetings to help companies reach their goals; and (4) training companies/employees on how to avoid conflict/lawsuits..
