About Irena Juras
As an immigration attorney at Juras Law Firm, I provide expert guidance and representation to businesses and individuals who seek to enter, live, or work in the United States. I have an LL.M. in International Law and over 24 years of experience in immigration law, including investor immigration, employment-based immigration, family-based immigration, and non-immigrant visas. As an immigrant myself, I understand the challenges and opportunities of the U.S. immigration process and I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals. I also have extensive experience and knowledge in bankruptcy law, representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and other parties in Chapter 7, 11, 13 and 15 bankruptcy proceedings. I have worked as a law clerk to a U.S. Bankruptcy Court judge and have handled complex and cross-border bankruptcy cases. I leverage my background in both U.S. and Czech law to assist U.S. and foreign clients with international transactions and disputes. I am licensed to practice law in Arizona and New York and I speak fluent Czech.
