About Charles Deluca
Chuck is an experienced litigator who has been involved in high stakes, high profile civil litigation in Connecticut for several decades. He has defended business disputes involving millions of dollars, mass torts, train accidents, legal and medical malpractice claims and just about every other type of civil litigation imaginable. In recognition of his success as a trial lawyer, he has been invited to join such prestigious trial organizations as the American College of Trial Lawyers (limited to 1% of the trial bar), the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (limited to 500 lawyers) and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) for which he serves as President of the Connecticut Chapter. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2005 and was named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers in Stamford for 2012, 2019, 2021 and 2023. He has also been listed in Super Lawyers for many years, including being listed in its Top 10 lawyers in Connecticut and multiple times in the Top 50.. He has served as president of the Stamford/Norwalk Bar Association and the Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association. He has also served on the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Darien. He was also recently elected President of the Country Club of Darien. Chuck is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do the hard work necessary to successfully represent his clients.
