About Tom Crosley
I am a trial lawyer board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law, with experience trying over 60 injury cases. In 5 separate years, I obtained one of the Top 10 Jury Verdicts in Texas in a personal injury case, as reported by American Lawyer Media. In August of 2025, I launched "Winning the TBI Case" which is a podcast I created exclusively for plaintiff attorneys handling traumatic brain injury (TBI) cases. As a lover of podcasts, and litigating TBI cases, I wanted to create a podcast I enjoy recording, while also giving back to my peers and the legal industry. When I am on LinkedIn I use this platform to share what I've learned in my 30+ years of being an attorney, connect with my peers, and be a resource to fellow lawyers. Crosley is a personal injury trial attorney, and has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts during his career. He represents individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, and he has particular expertise in handling brain and spine injury cases. He is a frequent author and lecturer on topics relating to personal injury trial law. From 2019-2020, he served as president of the San Antonio Bar Association. He is a past president of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association, and has served as an officer or director in numerous other bar associations and legal organizations, including serving as one of two elected directors from San Antonio for the State Bar of Texas statewide board of directors.
