About Michael Cowen
Michael Cowen is the founding partner of Cowen | Rodriguez | Peacock, a personal injury firm in Texas which handles trucking and commercial motor vehicle cases across the country. With over 20 years of practicing law, Michael has experience handling over 125 trials. His recent trial results include a $17.5 million verdict in a product liability case, an $8.5 million verdict in a premises case and a $4 million verdict in a trucking case. He is board certified in personal injury trial law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Michael is Chair-Elect of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA), a board member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and active in the Trucking Litigation Group with the American Association of Justice (AAJ) and Attorney Information Exchange Group (AIEG). Michael is also the host of Trial Lawyer Nation, an award-winning legal podcast with listeners in all 50 states and over 100 countries.
