About Natasha Landrum
Natasha Landrum is a partner in the law firm Lee, Landrum & Ingle, with offices in Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, and both Northern and Southern California. She is also the co-owner of Sin City Yoga. She holds the highest Martindale-Hubbell Preeminent AV Peer Review Rating and was nominated for a fellowship with the Litigation Counsel of America. Originally hailing from the San Francisco Peninsula, she also spent time in Alaska and the Middle East due to her father's involvement in the oil industry. In 1996, she received a dual BA in Political Science & Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and later received a JD in 1999 from San Diego's California Western School of Law where she was awarded the Dean's Scholarship. She has been a member of the CA bar since 1999, became licensed in NV in 2000, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts, Southern District of California, and District of Nevada. Her early practice consisted of commercial, complex, and business litigation, as well as representing homeowners and homeowner associations in construction defect actions and CC&R enforcement and interpretation. She has also drafted proposed amendments to NRS Chapter 116 at the request of homeowner interest groups for submission to the NV Legislature. In 2001, Ms. Landrum joined the firm, becoming a partner in 2006. She focuses her practice on representing developers and general contractors directly and as policy holders in construction defect, premises liability and personal injury matters as well as employment throughout NV and in Northern California and has successfully secured defense verdicts in Trial and binding Arbitration. Ms. Landrum also serves as an Arbitrator. She's repeatedly spoken at the MC2 Conference in San Diego on the topics of additional insurance in CA and NV, legal developments in construction defect litigation, and post-trial procedure. She currently speaks on body/mind health in the practice.
