About Jordan Howes
Jordan is an experienced commercial litigator, representing plaintiffs and defendants, both large and small, before federal and state courts, FINRA, and arbitration. Jordan has spent his career counseling clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-suit analysis, discovery, taking and defending depositions, motions practice, and trial, securing favorable judgments and settlement agreements. Jordan has represented clients in a diverse array of settings, including business disputes, constitutional issues, state financing issues, related bankruptcy litigation, banking and finance, and construction, to name a few.
