Tejaswi Nimmagadda leads the Asset Finance practice at TN Partners (an independent Hong Kong law firm and a member of the PwC global network), and has broadly based experience covering asset finance and leasing, trade finance, corporate and leveraged finance and infrastructure and project finance. He is recognised as a leading practitioner for Asset Finance by clients and peers, as recognised in the independent legal directories, Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Tejaswi is experienced in all aspects of aircraft, vessel, rail, motor vehicle, hospital, mining and renewable energy capex financing and equipment leasing, including pre-delivery payment financing, export credit agency supported financing, project financing based on government concessions/PPPs, operating and finance leasing/charter/wet lease/ACMI, sale and lease backs, leveraged leasing, JOLCO/JOL financing, French/Spanish tax leasing, Hong Kong leveraged leasing, structured financing, portfolio acquisitions and sales, EETCs and portfolio securitisations. Tejaswi has acted for financiers, lessors, owners, borrowers, issuers and airlines, managers and operators. Tejaswi is admitted to practice in England & Wales, Hong Kong, New York and Australia.
