About Candy Marrufo

Candy Marrufo is originally from the border town of San Luis, Arizona. She later moved to Phoenix to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice. Ms. Marrufo graduated from Arizona State University magna cum laude. After graduation, Ms. Marrufo worked with teenagers at ICAN, a center for at-risk-youth in Chandler, AZ. Ms. Marrufo specialized in creating programs and relationships that were designed to keep teenagers out of gangs and crime. During law school, Ms. Marrufo clerked for the Honorable Susana Pineda in Maricopa County Superior Court, participated in an Immigration Law clinic, and clerked for MayesTelles PLLC. Ms. Marrufo subsequently graduated from Phoenix School of Law. Through these experiences, Ms. Marrufo developed a true passion for criminal defense. She prides herself on her excellent track record of obtaining results for clients that are often not traditionally available and devotes her entire practice to representing individuals accused of criminal conduct in the State of Arizona. Ms. Marrufo is admitted to practice law in all courts in the State of Arizona, as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
