About Michael Rabb
I have litigation and transactional experience. I am skilled in trial practice (first-chair experience), civil litigation, appeals (brief drafting and oral argument), administrative claims, and technical writing. In my in-house counsel position, I gained experience drafting contracts, reviewing contracts, and advising executives. I advised executives regarding Tierra’s contracts, compliance with federal and state laws, safety issues, and general litigation. I reviewed its contracts for meaning and accuracy. I ensured the language of each contract I reviewed reflected the parties’ intent. Ultimately, in a memorandum accompanying my red-line changes, I suggested revisions to accomplish that intent and reduce risk to Tierra. During the same time, I managed a trial and appellate practice (full-time). As a trial and appellate attorney, I litigated hundreds of cases. As such, I have extensive experience in depositions, discovery, expert preparation, direct and cross-examination, ADR, and the Federal Rules of Evidence. I have first-chaired and second-chaired cases tried to the jury and court. I have experience drafting appellate briefs and arguing before the Arizona Court of Appeals.
