About Burt Rosenblatt
Burt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison and St. Louis University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Arizona, California, Illinois and Missouri. Burt has tried many complex medical malpractice and injury claims and has obtained seven and eight figure verdicts and settlements for his clients including a $16.5 million dollar medical malpractice verdict in 2010. In March of 2014, Burt obtained a $2.5 million dollar verdict on behalf of 78 professional football players and 19 staff members in a breach of contract claim against the United Football league (UFL) and one of its' owners William Hambrecht. He currently serves as a member of the State Bar of Arizona's Fee Arbitration Committee where he is appointed to serve as an Arbitrator for fee disputes between attorney's and/or their clients. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. As a partner in the firm, Burt has experience in wrongful death, automobile accidents, medical malpractice, defective products, dram shop actions (claims against bars for over-serving patrons involved in accidents), construction site accidents, as well as numerous insurance cases. He has helped many clients recover damages for their injuries, through settlement, arbitration, mediation and trial. Listed in Top Verdicts: California Million Dollar Verdicts #18 overall: on Jan 29, 2010, Hughes vs. Pham (Riverside, Co. Cal.) counsel for plaintiff (The Recorder, Verdict Search, April 25, 2011) Verdict amount $16.5 million dollars.
