About David Zabel
Mr. Zabel is an Attorney with Zabel Schellenberg's Litigation, Employment & Labor, Municipal and Bankruptcy Groups. Mr. Zabel has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts as well as arbitration proceedings, including representing policyholders in coverage disputes with insurers; real estate litigation; disputes involving closely held businesses; business torts; probate litigation; municipal litigation; and complex bankruptcy proceedings. In the employment arena, Mr. Zabel represents primarily business owners and management and counsels employers in a wide variety of employment matters, including discrimination and wrongful discharge claims, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, and personnel policies and procedures.
