About Anthony Campiti
I represent management exclusively in client counseling and litigation. I advise employers on managing employees, workforce training, reductions in force, personnel policies and manuals, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements, separation agreements, internal investigations, and compliance with anti-discrimination laws and other employment-related statutes. I also advise employers regarding labor-and-employment issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. I regularly represent employers in administrative investigations and proceedings, labor arbitrations, and lawsuits involving covenants not to compete, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, wage-and-hour violations, family and medical leave violations, and employee theft and trade secrets issues. I am Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and I chair the Firm's Employment and Labor Practice Group.
