When a securities dispute lands on your desk, the pressure is immediate. Regulators, opposing counsel, your board — everyone wants answers, and they want them fast. My job is to be the person you call before the situation gets ahead of you.I’m a litigation partner focused exclusively on financial services — broker-dealers, investment advisors, clearing firms, and the institutions behind them. I handle complex securities litigation, FINRA and SEC enforcement matters, ERISA disputes, and high-stakes arbitrations. I do this nationwide, at every level — federal court, state court, and arbitration forums — so wherever the matter goes, I’m already there.Most of the GCs I work with come to me at one of three moments: • A regulatory inquiry just arrived and they need to know how serious it is • A securities dispute is escalating and outside counsel isn’t cutting it • An ERISA claim has been filed alleging fiduciaries caused plan participants real harmIn each of those situations, what they need isn’t a generalist.
