Sol Villasana specializes in general civil trial matters (involving insurance law, commercial disputes, legal malpractice defense, and personal injury litigation), zoning and land use matters, legislative representation, and administrative law. He is also a certified mediator. Sol is also an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas-Dallas College of Law. Mr. Villasana also served as Special Counsel to the City of Dallas' Citizens' Charter Review Committee. He has been a guest commentator on television and radio, as well as a prolific writer with his work being published in several newspapers and magazines. He's admitted to practice law before all Texas courts, the U.S. District Courts of the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
