Focusing on Entertainment Law, I head a boutique practice based in Dallas. My firm works with clients in all fields of entertainment, including music, film, television, literary, events, photography, social media, technology -- you name it. Our clients may be artists, companies that work with artists, or anyone providing services in related fields, whether for new media or old. We register copyrights and trademarks and handle other intellectual-property issues such as licensing of rights. We also do a lot of small-business startup work, primarily using LLCs. Negotiating and drafting contracts is a big part of our business as well, and creative problem-solving helps us resolve or head off disputes before they mount. We are happy to accept referrals for anything related to those areas.
