About Philip Hilder
As the President and Attorney at Hilder & Associates, P.C., I lead a law firm dedicated to white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, whistleblower actions, and related civil and regulatory matters. With over 26 years of experience in this field, I have successfully represented clients in high-profile cases involving securities fraud, health care fraud, public corruption, environmental crimes, and other complex issues. Before founding Hilder & Associates, P.C., I served as the attorney-in-charge of the Houston Field Office of the United States Department of Justice, Organized Crime Strike Force, where I prosecuted and investigated sophisticated organized crime targets. Additionally, I have held several leadership positions in the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Independent Police Oversight Board, among others.
