About Kurt Malmquist
Mr. Malmquist graduated from the University of South Florida, with honors, continuing to the South Texas College of Law where he obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence. He has received the highest ranking awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, that of AV. In his 25 years as a licensed attorney and trial lawyer, Mr. Malmquist has participated in numerous meritorious multi-million dollar recoveries against those who have caused damage to his clients. With a primary focus on personal injury, Attorney Malmquist's areas of practice also include wills, real estate transactions, and business law, leaving him an experienced and in-depth understanding of America's legal system and all of its complexities. Mr. Malmquist's compassion and understanding for those who have been grievously wronged have led to numerous mentions for his Pro Bono work in the Pro Bono College on behalf of those not able to afford legal services. Attorney Kurt Malmquist is fully licensed to practice law in the states of Wisconsin and Texas. He was a member of Boys State, served as a marine, and is a founding member of the new Attorney General's issues committee. He owns two companies, a real estate company and an outdoor company and is currently general counsel for a developing National endeavor.
