I hate bullies. Like most of us growing up, I had to deal with my share of bullies. Then I got a little bigger and I realized not only could I make sure that bullies did not pick on me, but I wanted to make sure that they did not pick on anyone else. As a lawyer, I get the opportunity every day to protect my clients from the bullies of the world. Whether it is enforcing rights under a contract, or defending someone or their business from baseless allegations, I see my job as being my clients’ protector. And I love my job. I am an attorney and shareholder in the law firm Rapp & Krock, PC, a Business Law firm in the Greater Houston area that represents businesses, start-ups, and investors. My practice focuses on litigation involving business and commercial disputes, real estate and construction, employment, trade secret, banking and financial services, and bankruptcy and creditor rights. I have experience representing parties in litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels, and have represented debtors and creditors in adversary proceedings in various bankruptcy courts. I also represent businesses in various different arbitration forums.
