How are integrations priced?
Native integrations are included on Business PRO and above. API access is included on Business Premium and Enterprise. Custom implementation support is available at standard professional services rates.

Do integrations affect data privacy?
No. Integration traffic uses the same encryption and privacy controls as direct Vikk AI usage. Data flowing through integrations is subject to the same no-training commitment and the same deletion controls.

Can we build our own integrations using the API?

What if we use a tool that is not currently supported?
The API covers almost any integration you might build. For tools where a native integration would benefit many customers, we regularly add new native integrations based on user demand. Request an integration via your account manager.

Are there rate limits on the API?
Yes. Rate limits are appropriate to plan level. Business Premium includes generous limits for most use cases. Enterprise can negotiate higher limits for specific high-volume deployments.
