Only you (or authorized team members for Business accounts) can access your conversation history. Vikk AI employees do not have routine access to user conversations. Your data is not shared with third parties.

Delete anything, anytime

You can delete individual conversations or bulk-delete your entire archive at any time. Deletion is permanent. Deleted content is removed from backups within 30 days.

Custom retention on Business and Enterprise

Business and Enterprise plans can set custom data retention policies, including automatic deletion after a configurable time period (30, 90, 180 days or custom).

Not used for training

Your conversations and uploaded documents are not used to train public AI models. This is an architectural commitment, not a policy that can change in the future.
