What Gets Saved
Every conversation, indefinitely
Every message you send, every response Vikk AI gives, every document you upload, and every document Vikk AI generates, all saved in your account and accessible whenever you log in. Conversations are saved indefinitely by default (you can delete them at any time).
All uploaded documents
The original file plus any analyses Vikk AI has generated about it. Upload a lease in January, come back in June, and both the document and the analysis are still there, exactly as they were.
All generated documents
Demand letters, NDAs, contracts, analyses, policies, everything Vikk AI has drafted for you in the history of your account, saved and searchable.
Full conversation context
Vikk AI can read and use past conversations when you start a new one, so you do not have to re-explain context. Mention "the dispute with my former business partner" and Vikk AI can pull the context forward from earlier conversations without you re-pasting everything.
How the Archive is Organized
How Users Actually Use Conversation History
Resuming an active matter
A renter's security deposit dispute takes three weeks to resolve. She opens Vikk AI on week one to understand the law and draft the demand letter. Week two, she returns to discuss the landlord's initial response and to plan the follow-up. Week three, she returns again to decide whether to escalate to small claims. Each session picks up with full context from the prior sessions. No re-explaining facts. No retyping documents.
Building a personal legal reference library
A small business owner uses Vikk AI for every contract she reviews, every employment question, every HR matter, every vendor dispute. Over 18 months, she accumulates an archive of roughly 80 conversations covering the legal history of her business. When a similar matter resurfaces, she searches her own archive first, often finds the answer in a past conversation, and saves time over starting from scratch.
Preparing for an attorney consultation
A user is about to consult with a litigation attorney about a contract dispute. Before the meeting, she opens her prior Vikk AI conversations about the matter, reviews the analyses Vikk AI produced over the past two months, and exports the relevant conversations as a PDF. She brings the PDF to the consultation. The attorney, instead of spending the first hour on intake, starts directly on substantive questions. The consultation costs less and produces more.
Long-term family and estate matters
Users who have used Vikk AI across a multi-year divorce, a probate administration, or an estate planning process often have archives that span years. Being able to reference exactly what was discussed, what document was drafted, and what advice was given two years ago is often the difference between continuity and starting from scratch.
