I am an experienced truck accident attorney serving clients in the state of Ohio and throughout the U.S. To my knowledge, I have taken more trucking cases to trial in the last two decades than any other plaintiffs' lawyer in the country. I am the co-founder of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. I am the founding chair of the Trucking Litigation Group of the American Association for Justice. I am the author of the West/AAJ publication Litigating Truck Accident cases. I have taught other lawyers how to effectively handle truck accident cases around the country for well over a decade.
