I'm a trial lawyer who focuses on commercial, employment, and toxic tort litigation. My employment law practice includes the defense of cases brought under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, and the FLSA; as well as cases involving non-competition agreements and the misappropriation of trade secrets. It also includes defending FELA suits brought against railroads by their workers. Defending cases filed by railroad employees alleging injury caused by acute or chronic exposures to various chemicals developed my interest in toxic tort cases. Over the last few years I've defended cases where plaintiffs claimed they were injured as a result of their exposures to diesel exhaust, formaldehyde, trichloroethane, trichloroethyle, perchlorethylene, lead and manganese.
