Stan Graham

Mr. Graham joined the national Labor and Employment team of Waller Lansden in 1998, and in March 2023 became a partner with Holland & Knight when the firms combined. For nearly 25 years he has served on the Steering Committee for the Employment and Labor Section of DRI, and from 2019 to 2021 served as Chair of that Section of over 1300 attorneys. He also previously served as Chair of the Tennessee Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section. Mr. Graham is licensed in six states, and has litigated matters in 23 states and counting. He has significant jury trial experience, including cases involving claims of retaliatory discharge, workplace harassment, and disability discrimination, and has been lead counsel in over one hundred arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association. He is also frequently called upon in complex multi-party disputes, including EEOC enforcement actions, class claims, and FLSA collective actions. Chambers USA recognizes Mr. Graham as a leading Tennessee attorney in Labor and Employment law.
