Jason Dollard

I have focused my entire career to personal injury litigation, representing victims of others negligence in various tort cases including automobile negligence, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death claims in both State and Federal court. Prior to joining Schwed, Adams & McGinley, I litigated injury cases with two well known South Florida personal injury firms, and operated my own firm for a number of years representing and resolving personal injury cases for deserving clients throughout the State. "My goal is to help the injured and their families through this process and get them the recovery they are entitled to because of the negligent acts of others." I am originally from the Washington, DC area, and have called South Florida home for close to 20 years. During my career I have been honored several times by my peers, including being named a rising star by the prestigious Super Lawyers magazine five years in a row. I have also been an active member of my community, serving on various charitable and community boards, as well as sponsoring several charitable events and youth sports teams.
