William Rutchow

Bill is a Shareholder in the Firm's Nashville office. He represents employers in all areas of employment and traditional labor law. Bill currently concentrates his practice representing clients in three areas: employment litigation, workplace safety, and unfair competition/trade secrets litigation. Bill is an experienced trial attorney, having litigated dozens of cases to verdict in state and federal court. Bill has worked with attorneys in numerous offices of the firm, ensuring efficient and quality representation for clients with multi-state operations. Bill is a member of the Firm's Ethics Committee, the Trial Practice Group, the Unfair Competition and Trade Secrets Practice Group and the Workplace Safety and Health Practice Group.
