About Olivia Neidhardt
I am currently a student at Marshall University studying Dietetics & Health Science. I am expecting to graduate in May 2025, and then plan to enroll in a combined Dietetics Master’s and Dietetic Internship. From there I hope to become a registered dietitian and work with children and families to help them develop better eating habits.Currently I am working as an Independent Medicaid Provider, where I work with special needs children and adults. I am responsible for planning and preparing healthy meals and snacks, administering medication, and educating on activities of daily living. I think this experience will help prepare me for the Dietetics Master’s and Dietetic Internship as well as help me to develop skills that will be necessary to have as a dietitian.
