Over a 25+ year career, I’ve led operations, commerce, marketing, and product initiatives across high-growth and enterprise companies, including NuSkin, Ancestry.com, HireVue, and TalVista. My proudest achievements include: Ancestry.com: Turned a floundering $–2M business unit into nearly $20M in annual sales, maintaining 60% gross margins and integrating a major acquisition. HireVue: Built brand awareness and demand generation programs that helped grow revenue from $1M to $50M and launched “Digital Disruption,” an exclusive industry event for 500 executives. TalVista: Co-founded and scaled a SaaS platform for inclusive hiring, achieving $1M+ ARR, 100% founder equity retention, HR Tech PitchFest (2018) win, and a successful acquisition by Clovers. Today, I serve as Principal at TalVista LLC, providing Fractional GTM leadership for startups and growth-stage companies. My work focuses on practical, scalable impact, including product positioning, content marketing, pipeline strategy, product marketing, event and field marketing strategy, Vibe Coding, and analyst relations.
