About Sean Garrett
I am a civil defense litigator with a practice focused on premises liability and other insurance defense matters. I take a lead role in managing litigation from inception through resolution, including strategy development, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. I regularly draft and argue dispositive motions and other critical pleadings in state, federal, and appellate courts. I independently manage a diverse caseload of approximately fifty active litigation matters and frequently serve as a resource and mentor to other attorneys on complex legal and procedural issues. My courtroom experience includes arguing motions and appearing at hearings across multiple jurisdictions, as well as presenting oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the New Mexico Supreme Court. I bring a practical, results-driven approach to advocacy, with a strong emphasis on leadership, preparation, and effective trial execution.
